John F. Taylor John Taylor is a founding principal of Taylor Gregory Butterfield Architects. As a church architect and master planner, John has a passion for helping churches in the long range planning process. Having completed over 600 church projects, his focus is on assisting churches to plan facilities in phases, based on attendance and projected growth. John has been a local church board member, adult Sunday school instructor, board member of a number of non-profit organizations and national speaker.

Kent Gregory Kent Gregory is a founding principal of the Firm. With over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare design, Kent has worked extensively with clients from every area of medical care including large hospital organizations, group practices and individual practitioners. He believes strongly that these clients are best served by well-rounded architects with a good understanding of their clients as well as every aspect of design and construction. Kent is a “hands-on” principal who most enjoys working with clients on projects. Another important focus is the on-going development of a team of Architects within the firm with similar values and approach.
 Lois Broadway Lois Broadway is an expert medical planner and technical architect with extensive experience working with healthcare owners. She is an advocate of effective communication and a champion of therapeutic environments achieved through a holistic design approach that draws upon all the senses to enrich a total mind, body and spiritual healing. Lois has a collaborative management style that brings design teams, consultants and owners together, maximizes the opportunity for a balance between design, budget and schedule conformance to meet the project’s objectives and goals.
